Edradour Straight From the Cask 1994 Vintage 11 Year Old Gaja Barolo Finish

Finished for nearly a year in a Barolo barrel from Gaja's 2000 vintage, this whisky shows a lot of bright, tart fruit character (think red cherry, red raspbery), especially on the finish. I like the balance on this one as well, the time in Barolo wood adds complexity and new flavors without overpowering the whisky.
