I love Death's Door Gin, made from spirits distilled from grain grown on Washington Island WI, and juniper from the forests, it's a simple, smooth gin that's great for mixing. My favorite is in the traditional gin and tonic. Just remember that if you're using good gin, you should use good tonic too! I prefer the British-style G&T, with lemon, not lime. It's not too dry, and the juniper aroma and taste is full and almost fruity. Imagine finding yourself on the edge of a wheat field on a sunny summer day.
