Not the worst?.... I think?..... December 12, 2013

This is pretty miserable. The INSANE amount of maple flavor is definitely way overwhelming. Far too much so to sip on. Tried mixing it with ginger ale and ginger beer, but found that it just made my mouth feel sugary and disgusting. Even my friends, who are all about sweet or fruity drinks, think that there's way too much maple going on.

Man. I thought Jack Honey was too sweet. Although different flavors, this stuff makes Jack Honey seem like straight whiskey.

This is basically syrup. A whiskey that best belongs on pancakes. And even then.... I might not take it.

Awful artificial maple flavor December 04, 2013

Tried a sample of this at my local Binny's, thinking that it might serve as the base for some good fall cocktails. Oh my, this stuff is miserable. Tastes like Aunt Jemima artificially flavored pancake syrup, but with booze.

If you want a maple cocktail, avoid this and reach for some real maple syrup instead.
