"A sophisticated orange pulp bouquet which after aeration turns much more dry peel-like. The palate entry is intensely orange peel-like yet more sweet than bittersweet; the midpalate stage is deeply orangey, sweet and sublimely juicy. Finishes ideally citrusy/tart/astringent, then turns lithe and sweet. The benchmark for all orange flavored liqueurs/triple secs. State of the art." 96-100 pts.

Entry is lusciously tart and fruity, displaying an ideal balance between the alcohol base, acidity, and fruit. Finishes impeccably balanced, clean and juicy. Bravo!" 96-100 pts.

Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

"Rich ruby red hue. Sweet raspberry jam aromas follow faithfully on the thick, sweet, somewhat syrupy palate. This would be outstanding over vanilla ice cream, or as a dessert in itself."

If it smells like an orange, it must be an orange December 01, 2013

I don't even use cheap triple secs anymore unless I need them in bulk or for other people. While triple sec may smell and taste like orange flavored cough medicine, this smells like a ripe, peeled orange. The taste, while it doesn't taste like an orange, is MUCH closer to the real thing than any other I have tasted so far. Any cocktail that calls for triple sec should have this in it. Period.
