Cask & Thistle Mortlach 1988 Vintage 16 Year Old

A great example of why this is one of the most unsung distilleries in Speyside. A light fruit/cotton candy nose leads into a balanced, softly sweet but full malty palate. Bright spice come through on the finish, which has good length.
