Nose: Rich Sherry influence with fruit & nut chocolate and delicate spice - cinnamon. Fresh green apples, with a malty, digestive biscuit note and light peat smoke in the background. Palate: Delicious forest fruits - raspberries and brambles, Sherry, malt creaminess with a stronger peat influence.
