"Polished leather on the nose, with fruit cake, orange and cloves. Some brine in the background. The well rounded nose suggests full body. A palate of orange spice is very smooth, almost creamy. The quite long, satisfying finish remains on the front of the palate."

A smooth entry leads to a rich dryish full-bodied palate with coconut, caramel, and rich brown spices. Finishes with a long spicy dried fruit fade. Forward and rich, yet gentle and balanced with a lovely Sherry character."

Dark copper color. Compact aromas caramelized whole nut, molasses, and spicy dried fruit chutney follow through on a very soft entry to a dry-yet-fruity, oily medium body with anise,brown sugar, and pepper spice notes.
