Cask Strength Sherry.

Nose: spicy! Sherry, toffee, malt, and lemon. Taste: powerful creamy raisin-sherry and tart apple. Finish: oak, walnuts, and menthol. Water utterly transforms this one from tart to bittersweet.(I tried batch #33, by the way) Think of it like this: if you get this bottle, it will stretch as you add H2O to your drams. And good for you, as this is a tasty sherry bomb.

Not what I expected...

In my research into this expression before purchasing it, I was led to believe that I would be drinking a sweet sherry monster (like a young Glendronach) - apparently batches vary CONSIDERABLY...

N: cherry syrup, bubble gum, wet autumn leaves

P: more cherry syrup and white pepper, an appreciable amount of heat (expected at 60.2% ABV). Sherry there lingering in the back, but far less than I expected - less sweet too.
