"We currently offer two corn whiskies (White Dog & Black Dog) made from locally-grown white corn. We feel that using white corn sets our products aside from other similar ones by imparting a sweeter, floral taste and aroma. The Black Dog is made using the same white corn except that we also "dark fire" the corn in our miniature tobacco barn, giving the product a smoky, sweet flavor similar to that of certain Scotch whiskies."

"Riverboat Rum is slowly distilled from premium dark brown sugar in our copper potstill. Aged in used whiskey casks and then filtered to a clear beautiful spirit.
