With a burnt orange & juniper nose, finishing with a savory spice, Big Gin's versatile without loosing ginner appeal. Big Gin is batch distilled in our 100-gallon Vendome pot still, in a traditional manner."

Gentle aromas of banana and citrus lead to a buttery mouth feel on the tongue and an unexpectedly smooth finish with hints of malt, nutmeg and oatmeal cookies.

"Clear. A beautiful nose of citrus with hints of peppers surrounded by layers of vanilla. Supple and smooth with a medium-full body and a long, clean finish of lemon zest, orange peel and caramel. This vodka is perfect for citrus oriented cocktails such as a Vodka Gimlet or in a stand alone cocktail such as a Vodka Martini. And with its complexity and beautiful texture, Oola Vodka is also delicious served on the rocks, perhaps with a bit of lemon or orange peel."
