The whole process – raw ingredients, distillation, maturation and bottling – is certified to the rigorous standards set by the UK Soil Association. The whisky is matured in virgin American oak casks from environmentally managed forests.This limited edition bottling of Benromach Organic is made using the finest Scottish organic barley, dried using peat smoke, to produce an organic Speyside Single Malt which displays a distinctly smoky character.

Truly gorgeous color of medium amber with orange core highlights, perfect purity; the nose is mature and less spicy than regular Capt. Morgan. The aftertaste is extended and offers flavors of butterscotch and oloroso sherry. Reviewed by: F. Paul Pacult 4stars
