"This medium to full bodied bourbon presents a classic profile of vanilla, caramel and cherry on the nose - rich and compelling. Sweet, smooth corn combined with brown sugar/maple syrup and oak is balanced with a notable spice contributed by the higher than normal rye content. The finish is beautifully long with notes of buttery oak, toffee, and again the cherries make an appearance."

"Clear. A very complex and aromatic nose of citrus and rose perfectly balanced with a subtle scent of juniper berry. On the palate the citrus and floral notes come through the juniper first, followed by coriander and cardamom on the mid-palate. The lengthy finish shows hints of caramel and vanilla, reminding us that this gin was made with a base of Oola Vodka."
