Moderately light bodied. Reminiscent of toasted oats, hazelnuts, lemon. Delicate, soft texture. Brisk and slightly tart on the palate. Easy on the lighter citrus notes as more seasoned grainy and nutty elements dominate. Quite pungent in the finish.
