Reposado means "to rest." We let our Familia Camarena 100% Blue Agave Reposado Tequila rest in American oak barrels for 60 days before bottling . The aging process lends a touch of soft spice to the natural sweetness of the agave in our Reposado Tequila. The result is a smooth, refined barrel aged Tequila with an elegant, robust finish.

"Pale golden platinum color. Slightly musty stone fruit and beeswax aromas. a very supple entry leads to a round medium-bodied palate with coconut cream, dried papaya, yellow pepper and cinnamon bark flavors. Finishes with a long, woody, sweet spice and pepper fade."

"Aroma after the pour is lean and paraffin-like; swirling and additional time in the glass stimulate more expressive aromas of black pepper, sea salt and jalapeño pepper.
