Entry level

the Customer Service Manager position. This person has had prior
retailing experience with some supervisory responsibilities. This
candidate will work directly with the Operations Manager to handle
the "nuts and bolts" of the store. Duties include product scan
coordination, office management, enforcement of policies and procedures,
and training the staff in proper customer relations
techniques. The Customer Service Manager is one of the most important
positions in our company. We look to promote our best Customer
Service managers
into the positions of Operations Managers.

The Operations
Manager is just one of the new management opportunities that
we
offer. The Operations Manager will oversee the Customer Service
Managers and be responsible for the execution of scheduling,
some
product ordering, overall store communications and staff productivity.
This candidate has prior management experience, is goal-oriented
and is very organized. They may be called on to balance many tasks
at once and need to remain cool under pressure.
Product
Management
Merchandising
and wine management offer lucrative career paths. For those with
extensive liquor, beer and or cigar knowledge, the Merchandising
Manager position is perfect. We put this capable individual in charge
of all of these departments, with sales and service being the number
one goal. Each Merchandising Manager supervises a staff of sales
associates who make sure that the departments look the way that
they should. Furthermore, these people are focused on front-line
customer service. While communication is their best asset, organization
and creativity are not far behind. In order for a person to be considered
for the Wine Manager position, they must be knowledgeable of wines
from around the world. This person must be ready for the volume
of work associated with ordering, merchandising and selling wine.
Many of our Wine Managers have started as hourly store associates.
