What are your shipping policies?
Please click on Policies for information on delivery, packaging, states, shipping containers, billing and futures.

Can I ship wine or other items as a gift?
Any items we carry may be sent with a gift card. For instance, we will wrap any combination of wines for you. Just click on Fine Wines, then click Add Shopper in the cart name drop down menu and go shopping. We'll ask for gift messages, ship dates, and special instructions at checkout.

How often are updates done to the wine selection?
On the average 10 to 15 new wines are added every day. Price changes are done once per week, usually on Monday. We try to remove items sold out immediately.

Can I place an order for a store to have ready upon my arrival?
At Binnys.com you can shop online with any of our Binny's superstores. At checkout simply select Store Pickup. Your favorite store will handle your order and call you when it's ready.

Can I look up a previous order or the status of a current order?
Yes. Login, click edit under My Account, then select Order History.
