PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Binny's rebates are tabulated on the selling price of eligible wines excluding applicable tax, discounts, shipping charges, returns or exchanges. Your Card must be presented at time of purchase to be eligible for rebate. Qualifying purchases and any applied rebates will be printed on our cash register receipts. All prior purchases excluded. Earned rebates will be posted to your Binny's Card account thirty (30) days after applicable purchase transaction. Only one rebate per each $500 of eligible wine purchases. Cannot be combined with any other discount offer. Rebated wine purchases do not qualify for an additional Binny's Rebate. Purchases or redeemed gift certificates do not qualify for the Binny's Rebate. Certain exclusions apply,
including futures, sale or preference items, online purchases, price matched items, promotional and rare items, as determined from time to time by Binny's. Corporate accounts, government organizations and Binny's employees are not eligible for the
Binny's Card. Binny's reserves the right to refuse Card benefits to anyone who is not purchasing wine for their own personal use.
You must be over 21 years of age and present a valid driver's license to receive your Binny's Card. Earned Binny's Rebates have a cash value of 1/100th of a cent and may only be used to purchase Binny's merchandise and gift cards (i.e. no cash back). We reserve the right to revoke membership, terminate the program and/or amend the terms at any time without notice. Binny's Cards are non-transferable. Damaged Cards will be replaced and qualifying purchases transferred if you present the damaged card and proper identification. Lost or stolen Card accounts will be canceled and balances forfeited. Duplicate accounts
cannot be combined.
