Casa Fernandez is a brand that’s fairly new to the market but has made a definite impact in the short amount of time. The Arsenio was introduce at the annual cigar trade show and differentiates itself from the regular Casa Fernandez cigars with a slight addition of Ligero leaf in the filler.
