Emmett’s Brewing Company has been crafting beer locally at their brewpub and restaurant in West Dundee since 1999. They have since added locations in both Downers Grove and Palatine. For the better part of the last 11 years, it has been impossible to get Emmett’s beer outside of one of their brewpubs. Binny's is pleased to announce that Emmett’s Victory Pale Ale is now available at our stores.
Victory Pale Ale is a decorated beer, having won awards at the Great American Beer Festival, The World Beer Cup, and The North American Brewing Awards. It is one of several beers that are always on tap at all of the Emmett’s locations, whereas each individual location has their own unique rotating seasonal beers.
Victory Pale Ale is one of the hoppier beers Emmett’s offers and many would consider it an IPA. It has delicious citrus flavors that lead into a long, satisfyingly bitter finish. Victory Pale Ale clocks in at 5.8% ABV, and is surprisingly drinkable for a beer of this style.
Emmett’s prides themselves on originality when it comes to beer. They do things like import all of their ingredients from their country of origin in accordance with the style they are brewing. Hopefully more of Emmett’s authentic brews will hit Binny’s shelves in the near future. Is there a beer from Emmett’s you would like to see bottled?

hands down my favorite brewery in the world. i used to live about 5 minutes from their first location in west dundee. i tell my fellow beer snobs that like michael jordan was made to play basketball, ryan clooney was made to brew beer.i'd love to find their red ale, belgian tripel, and strong ale in bottles. i figure the strong ale would be in a 22 oz. bottle. a sixer would probably cost 30 bucks.
anyway, congrats to the burns family and ryan clooney. this isn't quite the same as getting them to open up here in chicago, but it'll do until then.
