  1. Now that Blackadder is back at Binnys – any chance we can see their Amrut bottlings – they seem to get rave reviews for their natural and finished (rum, ex-Islay cask, etc.)Are we any closer to the Clynelish Distillers Edition coming stateside? I am really looking forward to two Islays – it will really warm up my fall.

  2. Don’t know the possibilities of Blackadder Amrut’s coming here, one problem might be the fact that the US importer is the same for both, my guess is the distillery would rather have the importer focus on OB bottlings rather than independents. Plenty of good malts from them either way. Doesn’t appear to be any great imperative to bring in the Clynelish DE, Diageo appears to be content to continue to repeat past selections (Talsiker, Lagavulin, Caol Ila, Dalwhinnie.)
