It’s been a fun couple of weeks with appearances from Chicago all stars. The amount of community outreach and support at our new location in Evergreen Park has been more outstanding than we could ever imagine. You have all made the last two weeks unforgettable for all of us here at Binny’s. Link to photo albums after the jump.
If you’re a fan of Small Town Brewery, you already know that you can’t purchase their liquid gold in anything but a keg. That is until now. The Wauconda brewery is releasing a few cases of Not Your Father’s 10% Root Beer in bottles for the first time in Illinois. The bottles will only be available at Binny’s in Algonquin that evening. We expect to see more at all of the stores in 2014. These few cases are expected to sell out quick, so get there early.
Join us for a special meet and greet with Shannon, the Loop Rock Girl courtesy of Labatt Blue. Stop by to grab a picture with Shannon, get an autograph and try some Labatt Blue.

Here at Binny’s, we like to do breakfast a little bit differently. Our friends at Beam are serving up a mighty treat this Saturday. What’s on the menu? The traditional stuff… pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries and bacon. However, the real treats are the Beam Honey, Cruzan Velvet Cinn, Beam Maple and Knob Creek Smoked Maple. Yum… we can taste the deliciousness already!

What other world-class region releases its wines only when they are ready to drink? Rioja represents exceptional value, especially in times when both quality and value are more important than ever.
Wines from Rioja are considered the best food wines by top chefs. They provide the best of both new and old world styles: balanced and elegant with lower alcohol levels you find in top European wines together with fruit-forward roundness of more modern wines.
Wines for every occasion, every food, every palate and price, Rioja offers robust reds, crisp whites and refreshing roses – all ready to drink when purchased. Join us to try some of our favorites and discover how versatile and value driven the wines of Rioja really are!
WINE TYPES: CLASSIFICATIONS AND SEALS OF AUTHENTICITY
Rioja wines are easily identifiable as every bottle has a DOCa seal. What is a DOCa seal?
The “Denominación de Origen Calificada” seal ensures that the wine you enjoy meets the requirements needed to be a true Rioja wine. Think of it as a seal of quality and authenticity. Rioja wines are classified based on aging in oak barrels and bottles.
Indiana’s Upland Brewing is heading to Chicago, and we’re throwing them a big welcoming party.

To celebrate, we’re tapping four of their fantastic beers: Upland Wheat Ale, Dragonfly IPA, Harvest Ale, which is special – it’s wet-hopped with citra hops, and Teddy Bear Kisses, their imperial stout. Nothing to complain about in that lineup.
So come talk beer with the Upland team, check out the newest brewery in town, and maybe even catch some of the big game on the South Loop Tasting Room big screen.
Spots for this event are limited, so call to grab your reservation soon: (312) 768-4400
By the way, the beers of Upland Brewing Co. will roll into most Chicago-area Binny’s stores over the next two weeks. Check ‘em out!
Cuca Fresca teams up with reality star Tamra Judge for an epic meet and greet! Tamra is well-known for her hit series on the network Bravo, “The Real Housewives Of Orange County.”
Cuca Fresca is a family owned and operated company with a passion for making quality cachaça. Fourth-generation family member, Araci Ferreira and her husband came up with the idea for Cuca Fresca when they brought small batches of her family’s cachaca from Brazil to New York. Cuca Fresca is made with superior, organic sugarcane. The name Cuca Fresca comes from a Brazilian expression “cool head” which basically means “to relax.”
Tamra will sign bottles of Cuca Fresca and pose for photographs. Arrive early because there will be a line. We’ll have somebody taking pictures, too. Login on to the Binny’s Facebook page to find your picture and tag your friends!
