They’re calling it their “Never stop. Never settle.” campaign, showcasing the story of legendary motorist Sir Malcolm Campbell’s historic breaking of nine land speed records in the 1920’s and 30’s. Considering the spirit of the campaign, I have to wonder if Sir Malcolm Campbell’s iconic racecar had brakes.
See, Campbell was the kind of thrill seeker who broke land speed record after land speed record. Campbell, as it turns out, was also famous for being one of the few land speed record holders who did not die in a firey auto crash. He had a series of cars, all called “Blue Bird,” and Hennessy is touring a 24 foot replica of one of these fast, fast cars across America.

Along with the car and a timeline of Campbell’s accomplishments, Hennessy is showcasing samples of signature cocktails featuring Hennessy.
