Confessions of a {Festive} Mixologist: Manhattan Love Story

This story is everybody’s favorite. When Jefferson’s Rye Whiskey meets cherry bitters, this original Manhattan becomes extraordinary. Jefferson’s is full of spice, and the cherry bitters gives it an extra bit of sweetness. Mix one this Valentine’s Day for that special someone, even if that special someone is you. Recipe after the jump.

  1. I would prefer to NOT use a great sipping rye like Jefferson 10 yr for a cocktail. But if it were someone else’s bottle, I’would give it a try—once.
