Our newly opened Binny’s in Champaign has an interesting mix of beers when compared to our Chicago city and suburban stores. The store features 9 breweries that aren’t in distribution in Chicagoland, and around 40 beers that you won’t find in the Windy City. Also, there are 9 additional breweries that we are featuring at our store whose beers you won’t find anywhere else in the city of Champaign but at Binny’s. The number 9 seems to be a theme for this blog, as there are 9 breweries that we are actively trying to recruit to distribute their beers in Champaign.

Uncommon is on the shelf at Skokie too:-)
I’d like to see Kraftig at the Champaign store.
Kraftig is only in Missouri right now, but they have big expansion/distribution plans. I’m sure we’ll see them soon.
These are Beers available at Binny’s in Champaign, and not at other competitors. Of course, other Binny’s will have them as well.
I’d say it’s the BEST in the Midwest!!!
I’ve got Uncommon Brewers on the shelf at Highland Park – just came in last week.
Uncommon brews are also available at the River Grove Location.
Corrected! Uncommon beers are indeed in the Chicago area now.
Half Acre?
How about August Schell? Schell’s Pils is the best American Pilsener I’ve ever had.
Half Acre is growing, but they still aren’t producing enough to supply the Chicago area. We look forward to a time when Half Acre is making enough beer for broader distribution!
We’d love to carry Schell’s products as well, but they don’t distribute anywhere in Illinois:http://www.schellsbrewery.com/locator.php
What’s up with that? There’s money to be made here! And New Glarus, too–are they still boycotting us? Thank god Bell’s came back.
You should check out Prima Pils by Victory. Best American made pils we have.
Can you get Brooklyn 1/6 barrels at the Champaign store?
No we can’t get Brooklyn 1/6 barrels at our Champaign store, or in Chicago for that matter.
“You should check out Prima Pils by Victory. Best American made pils we have.”Was at Champaign store yesterday. Told Prima is not available.
Unfortunately Victory does not distribute their beers in the Champaign area.
Can you bring Harpoon IPA to Champaign? What about Emmetts Victory Pale Ale from Palatine? Thanks
John, I sent you an email regarding your request, but here it is again in case others are wondering.Unfortunately we are not able to get Harpoon here at this time. We do not have a distributor for them down here in Central IL. We do have Emmett’s Victory Pale Ale. It’s on our shelves along with the rest of the IL beers.
