Another successful Homebrew Contest has come to an end and we couldn’t be more impressed with all of the entries this year! Thank you to everyone who took the time to handcraft and homebrew their entries for the 6th Annual Binny’s Homebrew Contest sponsored by Samuel Adams.
This year, we saw a variety of entries from IIPA’s to stouts to saisons. We even had a Danish Pilsner entry! We’d also like to mention that we will be changing the Homebrew Contest next year to accommodate more entries. More details to come.
The top ten Homebrew Contest entries:
First Place: Tim Beale of Lagrange will be enjoying a trip to the Great American Beer Festival in Colorado in October thanks to his saison! The judges described this beer to be impeccably and stylistically near perfect to the type of saison he was going for. Congratulations, Tim!
