"Opaque mahogany brown color. Aromas of molasses and caramel frosting follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium -to-full body with butterscotch sauce, cedar, and fig notes. Finishes with sweet brown sugar, black licorice, wet charcoal and peppery spice fade. An interesting dark rum for cocktails." Silver Medal.

Medium bodied. Reminiscent of pear, baked dough, nuts, herbs. Compact texture. Has an initial sharp edge. Demonstrates vibrancy with a flinty, grainy sensation. A nice blend of light brown spice and delicate fruit flavor.
